Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

If you are not ecstatic about your PC STUDIO purchase, we make it easy for you to return with Free Returns & Exchanges.

PC STUDIO warmly accepts unworn merchandise with the receipt, original tags attached, in original packaging within 14 days of receiving the items. If 14 days have gone by since you contacted us and the items have not been dispatched, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the purchase. Returns must be processed on the original form of payment used for purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Please note the processing of online returns may take up to five business days. Though we process your credit immediately, allow 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your statement.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items with factory defects or that have been damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, send us an email at Customercare@pcstudiony.com. We do not accept style exchanges. Once we confirm the size availability a return label will be emailed to you with our return address. We do not accept returns or exchanges without a return label.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your banking institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

All sale items are final sale and can not be refunded.

 

Shipping returns

United States: 

Returns should be completed with the prepaid shipping label and include a completed returns form. Drop of your package with the carrier that matches your provided return label. Once your return or exchange is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation notification by email.

Returns must be received within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please allow refunds to be processed 5-7 days after items are received.  

International:

To return your item, you should fill out the Return form (‘Returns’) on our website stating the reason for the return. Then our team will email you to confirm your request. You have the option to ship the product by a shipping agent of your choice or we can organize it for you through one of our partner carriers UPS, FED Ex, or (DHL). Carries will be determined based on country of origin.

In the case where we assist you with setting up a return, a member of our team will contact you via email with all the required paperwork. You will then have the following options:

  1. Drop it off at a currier service point

  2. Phone currier to arrange a collection

  3. Contact currier on-line to arrange a collection

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.​
